I remember reading a book that said that the Universe is nothing but a giant genie and when you ask for your wishes they will be granted. Well the "Universe" is another word that they use to replace God. I get irritated when people believe that the Universe is answering prayers and producing blessings for them. When I desire from my heart and open my heart to receive his blessings there is overflow and things, good things, come to me. I have confidence that God will take care of me. He is my only provider the one who does it all. Some people believe that they control their own destiny. No way, you have no control. I know, I have tried and tried to control my destiny and be the pilot of the plane or the captain of the ship. Every time I try to take possession,he puts me in my place. I have to learn to take a seat and allow God to produce the miracles in my life. I am learning and so far so good. Yes I truly believe this.
