Have you ever been on a phone call that had poor reception, and you kept asking the person you were talking to, “can you hear me now?” If they do not respond, or if they said they could hear you a little, you probably moved the phone closer to your mouth – took them off speaker phone, or if all that fails, you probably let them know you would call them back. read more...

Just When You Thought He Wasn’t Paying Attention…
One of he things that I noticed about our Father is that He has a form of instruction that sometimes includes seemingly ignoring our requests until we have learned to live without them. Then, just when we’ve settled it – o.k. I guess that wasn’t “it” – then out of no where a manifestation comes forth. read more...
What Is Your Request?
Onr of the devotions I read daily addressed a topic concerning what you say when you have an audience with someone of importance; someone who has the potential to impact your life, but because of their level of responsibility has very little time to listen to your request. This thought stays with me, because I am not one known to think on their feet. I have friends that can within seconds give a response that is for lack of a better term, awesome. Yet, even though I write nearly every day trying to hear a “word” clearly – I often stumble and make ridiculous responses when put on the spot. read more...
Get Up and Out!

Though her sponsor seemed disappointed about the number being released, Jennifer seemed thrilled to let the world know what a turn her life has taken with her inspiring accomplishment. The announcement was enough to make anyone struggling with weight loss sign up for their own Weight Watchers endeavor. read more...

We all know that prayer is the vehicle we use to communicate with God our heart’s desires and concerns.. However, it is not merely an exercise of relaying information – prayer has power to get things done. In fact, God in His covenant with us respects our free will to such an extent that there are many things that will not get done in the earth, unless we pray! read more...
He Will Still Answer If You Ask!

How Long?
Most of us as grow are concerned about time. We want to know how long things are going to take before we decide whether we are willing to invest that time into the designated task or project. Even though we may waste an inordinate amount of time – it is at our discretion – we don’t want someone else wasting our time! Just see how you react when people in front of you at the grocery store take “their time” making their purchases. read more...
